The nature preserve at Mallards Landing is for sale with the restriction that no buildings that create an effluent discharge sewage system will be permitted. Lot 17 shall be a nature preserve, paths and trails may be developed that wheelchair, electric golf carts may be utilized in Mallards Landing and the Nature Preserve. Future owner(s) of Lot 17 whose purposes are academic, aesthetic, educational, may restrict, manage, regulate, said preserve, however, owners of record of Mallards Landing and Walden Woods must continue to have reasonable access if said preserve is owned and managed or controlled by a governmental or academic organization, including but not limited to a homeowners association membership.
